Cancellations are SUBJECT TO A CALENDAR MONTH'S NOTICE. The notice period starts from the last day of the current month (including weekends and public holidays). This means if today IS the last day of the month, your cancellation will take effect on the FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH AFTER NEXT.

If today is ANY OTHER day, it will take effect on the FIRST DAY OF THE SECOND MONTH AFTER NEXT.

Cancellation pre-conditions (all required) The service will be CANCELLED, subject to meeting all of the below requirements. In order to reactivate the service, you will need to REAPPLY, which may incur INSTALLATION/ACTIVATION CHARGES depending on the ISP. The cancellation CANNOT BE REVOKED after 21 days. Cancellation is SUBJECT TO A CALENDAR MONTH'S NOTICE. The notice period starts from the last day of the current month (including weekends and public holidays). This means if today IS the last day of the month, your cancellation will take effect on the FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH AFTER NEXT. If today is ANY OTHER day, it will take effect on the FIRST DAY OF THE SECOND MONTH AFTER NEXT. You will be CHARGED for this notice period at your prevailing rate whether you still reside at the property or not, and whether you need/want/use the service or not. If you applied under a PROMO/SPECIAL OFFER, such as FREE INSTALLATION/ACTIVATION subject to a 12 MONTH CLAWBACK / CONTRACT, you will be CHARGED for installation/activation if you're still WITHIN THE 12 MONTH PERIOD. (If you know the new residents/tenants, you could let them take over your live service and save these costs. Check with them, and if they're interested, they need to complete an account transfer request. In this case you need to leave the ONT/ROUTER at the premises). If you received 30 DAYS FREE under a PROMO/SPECIAL OFFER, you will be CHARGED for this period if you're still WITHIN THE 12 MONTH PERIOD. If you received a FREE TO USE ONT/ROUTER, the network provider may contact you to make arrangements to collect their equipment. Cancellation is SUBJECT TO PAYING YOUR OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT (including any NOTICE PERIOD/INSTALLATION CHARGES etc.) in FULL. Your account will REMAIN LIVE until we receive all payments. Unpaid accounts WILL BE HANDED OVER FOR COLLECTION, incurring admin and legal charges. You will receive a CANCELLATION REFERENCE NUMBER from us. You need to KEEP this number as PROOF OF CANCELLATION.
